Bring water and wear gray your gray shirts.
Players must wear their shine guards to all practices!!!

Reminder we have practice tonight at Upper Kingston Park field 6. With school being out tomorrow I am extending tonight’s practice 30 minutes to help us get ready for Saturday. Tonight’s practice will be 6:00pm to 7:30pm. It is important for everyone to be on time for warmups. We have a lot to work on tonight preparing for our tournament, fundamentals, formation, and movement.
